OmniGraffle experiments -- now with added Google flavor

Google Graph Browser

Nice! We at TouchGraph and Traumwind have also been working on the same application.

Ours uses java however, so you can dynamically browse the interrelationships. Some neat features are that you can change the radius of separation (look at nodes 1/2/3 similarity links away), and hide + expand nodes in the graph.
